Good morning Allies,
Welcome to the Rally Blast for today, Tuesday, May 26th.
While today isn't a rally day, below are the highlights of what's happening.
Service Team
Our service team will start today at 7:00 am. The service desk will be open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Sheep-Swine Arena on Maple Street. Before arriving at the service desk, please fill out the form you were given by the parking team. Service team will have additional forms if you misplace yours.
Volunteer Opportunities
Want to find ways to help at rally? There are several areas where opportunities exist. Volunteer Sign-Ups will be available at the Info Table in Vendor Hall/Building A, where Rob and April are located. We appreciate all the help to make rally run smoothly!
Horse Track
Please do NOT drive on the horse track. You may cross it to get in and out of Area 7 and 15 - Infield, but nothing more. Horses always get the right of way, so please be courteous.
Global Link Fastener Bar
We have moved the location of the Global Link Fastener Bar. It will now be located behind the Lippert trailer in the Vendor Hall. For more information see the paper in your Welcome Bag Folder labeled "Welcome to the 2026 Alliance National Rally!"
Alliance Plant Tour
We will have a factory tour happening today at 10:00am. This is the biggest tour group all week. If you would like to go on a different day, feel free to switch. No action is needed concerning the form. For the tours, you will need to drive to the Alliance campus at 301 Benchmark Dr., Elkhart, IN. Other opportunities for factory tours include Wednesday at 2pm, Thursday at 10am, Thursday at 2pm, and Friday at 10am.
Rally Meals
Wondering about meals during rally? Follow THIS LINK to see what will be served each day. If you have a dietary restriction and have not emailed April yet to have a meal set aside for Friday evening, please email rally@alliancerv.com as soon as possible. If you wait until Friday, your choice of meal can NOT be guaranteed. Options can be found at the above link. If you did request a specific meal, please plan to go through the line of the restaurant you chose and let them know you have a meal set aside as well as your name.
Welcome Reception and Rally Bag Pickup
Please plan to attend the Welcome Reception, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Vendor Hall/Building A today. Come out to get your Welcome Bag (which will include your name badges, t-shirts, event book with agenda, etc.), meet some fellow Allies, and enjoy some food, drinks, and games! If your bag is missing items, please see the Help Desk in the Welcome Bag pickup area. There will also be volunteer sign-ups at the Info table, so if you're not already involved, see what's available!
Kids at the Rally
If you have kids attending in your party, please stop by the FamAlly Cares table (across from Rob and April's info center) to pick up a bag just for them. Also, look for a kids agenda in your Welcome Bag! If you don't see one, please get one from the Help Desk in the Welcome Bag area.
Vendor Bazaar
We will be having a Vendor Bazaar tonight from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the Vendor Hall/Building A. Grab your Welcome Bag, play some games, and then check out what our vendors have to offer you this week! Be sure to look for your "Alliance Rally Road Map" near the back of your Event Book (found in your Welcome Bag) to start getting stamps from vendors for the chance to get extra raffle tickets!
Pump-Out Medallions
For those who've pre-ordered Pump-out Medallions, you will receive them in your Welcome Bag. Online Pump-out Medallions sales are now closed.
If you need to buy a Medallion, please see April or Rob in the Vendor Hall/Building A and they can sell you one. The first pump-out opportunity was this morning and future pump-outs will happen Thursday and Friday mornings.
Service Team Thank You Cards
New this year! In your Welcome Bag folder you will find a card to write a note of thanks to the service team who visits your unit this week. If you can't remember their names, that's okay! We'll share all notes written with the entire service team. This is completely voluntary but would mean a lot to the men and women who work hard on your coaches during the rally. Cards can be turned in at the Info Desk, which is in Vendor Hall/Building A. Just look for Rob and April and the basket will be labeled and located at the end of a table. Thank you for making our team feel loved and appreciated!
Campfire Hosts
Per fairground rules, all fires must be off the ground. If you are interested in being a campfire host for an evening after dinner, but don't have an above ground fire option, feel free to borrow a Solo Stove from the commons area in front of the stage (leave one for community use each night), but PLEASE be sure to return it the next morning. There is also a Menards and a Walmart nearby that may have cheap raised firepit options. Remember, Campfire Host signs are in the Vendor Hall/Building A near the info table doors. Look for your area number and return the sign the next morning. Thank you to everyone who chooses to participate!
Owners Trading Table
Do you have something you'd like to give away or trade or sell? We are giving you the opportunity to put your item out on the Owners Trading Table, which will be found in Building E/Workshops (next to the Vendor Hall). Please be courteous of any owner empowerment sessions in progress. You will find instructions and tags in your Welcome Bag. For larger or more expensive items, we encourage you to leave a picture with a description and your contact. All items left on Friday evening after dinner will be thrown away. Alliance is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Silent Auction Donation Drop-off
Silent auction donation items can be dropped off 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm today in the Workshops - Building E.
First Timers Rally Orientation
Is this your first time at the National Rally? Please plan to attend the first timers orientation at 2:00 pm in the Event Hall - ECCC. We will go over some key things to help you navigate your first rally.
Live Music!
There will be live music performed by High Gravity tonight at the stage outside of the Vendor Hall! Bring your camp chairs and a drink and plan to join in a high energy kickoff to rally.
Meals
Meals will be on your own today. Hot dogs with a toppings bar and chips will be served at the Welcome Reception, but for lunch consider a cookout with your neighbors or take in a local restaurant.
Entering & Exiting the Fairgrounds
You may enter and exit any gate of the fairgrounds at any time, but please try to avoid using Gate 7 where check-in takes place. This will alleviate additional traffic in that area.
